The Snohomish Parlour Tour | 2026

Step inside Snohomish history this holiday season. Explore 15 historic homes and churches, for an afternoon of architecture, local stories, and seasonal cheer.

This self-guided tour is easy to navigate by car or on foot, with approximately 3–4 miles of walking for the full route. Choose your own pace, meet the homeowners and volunteers who make this tradition possible, and discover the details you can’t see from the sidewalk.

The Parlour Tour is the Snohomish Historical Society’s major annual fundraiser. Your ticket supports the care of the Blackman House Museum, our historical collections, and programs that preserve and share Snohomish’s past.

Tickets: $30 in advance • $35 on tour day

Check-in opens at 11:45 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 329 Avenue A.
Collect your wristband and tour materials before the homes open at noon.

Day-of tickets will be available at Zion Lutheran Church and the Waltz Building, 116 Avenue B.

Parking is available in Zion’s lot as space permits. Additional street parking is available along the tour route. Please keep driveways, intersections, and sidewalks clear. For additional options near downtown, consult the Historic Downtown Snohomish visitor and parking guide.

Warm Up at the Waltz

Take a break between stops at the Waltz Building. Enjoy complimentary cocoa and cider, visit with Snohomish PUD, Earthwise Salvage, First Avenue Homes, and more, and learn about the Historical Society. Restrooms and day-of ticket sales will also be available.

Visit the Blackman House Museum next door, and leave time to browse the Society’s new gift shop!

  • Ticket purchases are charitable contributions supporting the Snohomish Historical Society and are nonrefundable after purchase, except if the Society cancels the event because of severe weather or other emergency.

  • Either! The route is easy to navigate by car or on foot. Walking the full tour covers approximately 3–4 miles. Public transportation is not provided for the tour.

  • Allow the full afternoon if you hope to visit every stop. Travel time, your pace, and queues will affect how much you see. All properties close at 4 p.m.

  • Yes. Children are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Yes, photography for personal use is welcome. Please respect the privacy of homeowners and other guests, and follow any directions from your hosts.
